Soak It up!!!!
Well, our first week into the New Year is almost to an end. Now that the Holidays are over and the reality of work is back in full swing, our feet needs some special attention. They work hard for us everyday and they deserve to be pampered! We decided to provide you with a basic recipe for a Pineapple Foot Soak for those tired Soles:
Items Needed:
*Basin Big enough to hold your feet and deep enough to fill ankle height
*Find a comfortable place to sit and spread a towel where basin will go
Pineapple contains Enzyme which breaks down dead skin cells. This soak is effective when followed with our Salt Scubs HERE
Warm tap water
2 cups Pineapple juice
Pour the juice into the basin then add enough warm water to fill the basin about halfway. Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes. Follow with our Salt glow HERE and Foot Butters HERE and enjoy Fancy Feet!
