Spa Water

In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, drinking water is essential to the body. However, there are those, who refuse to drink water due to its taste. Below is a recipe for a lightly flavored water that makes it easy to drink your 8 glasses a day. This is great to drink to re-hydrate yourself after a relaxing spa treatment.

1 cucumber
1/2 lemon
water

1- Peel & slice the cucmber and put in a bog pitcher
2 - Slice the lemon into rounds and add them to the pitcher as well
3 - Fill the pitcher with water and let chil for at least an hour
