Milk Baths, Ahhhhh.......................
After a long week of work, why not release some of that built in stress with a nice soak in tub surrounded by music, candles and alongside a nice glass of wine...you deserve it! Bring the spa to your home with a "Ginger Milk Bath." Milk baths are a luxurious way to pamper yourself on a budget. They soften and moisturize your skin, it also helps break down dead skin cells. Ginger has a spicy earthy scent and it has been used as an aphrodisiac for its entire known existence. This bath will make you feel soft and sexy.
1 teaspoon ginger essential oil (or use honey instead)
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups hot water
Full bathtub
Whisk the powdered milk and hot water together. Stir in the ginger (or stir in honey instead)
Run the bath water.
While the tub is filling pour the milk mixture into the running water.
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy.
